Coconut Lemon Cream
1 oz Pinnacle Whipped
1 oz Smirnoff Vodka
0.5 oz Limoncello
1 oz Malibu Rum
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Heavy Cream
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish: Graham Cracker Rim, Lemon wheel
Place a graham cracker in a plastic bag and crush it into a fine powder. Pour the graham cracker dust onto a plate. Pour a thin layer of simple syrup onto a second flat plate. Dip a martini glass rim into the syrup, then into the graham cracker, coating the
rim with graham cracker dust. Add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake. Pour into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

From the Editor
As I write this at the beginning of winter, I reflect on the incredible 2023 wedding season. I am filled with the memories of events I attended, clients I worked with, and wedding professionals I collaborated with. It has been a great season here in Maine!
Real Maine Weddings hosted the 4th annual Maine Weddings EDU conference in October. We had record attendance and a fantastic lineup of speakers that included Chef Nettie Frank, Kunbi Odubogun, Jaclyn Watson, Terrica, and Marc McIntosh, as well as local pros, including Michelle Fratianne, Rob Labelle, The Wellness Connection, the State of Maine Liquor Bureau, and Jerry Bazata. Aisle Planner, Caron & Co, Life in Focus, M.A.N.E. Catering, and Total Party Planner provided invaluable sponsorships. It was great to spend two days with other wedding professionals, learning and discovering new ways to enhance local wedding businesses and make the experience even better.
Our team hopes that you enjoy the new Real Maine Weddings website. It is always exciting to see the scope and breadth of the weddings in Maine each season. The talent that goes into producing them and the smiling faces of couples, families, and guests are a heartwarming reminder of all that’s good in the world. We can’t wait to see what comes next!
