Blackberry Syrup

6 oz blackberries
0.75 c sugar
0.75 c water

In a small saucepan, combine the ingredients and heat over medium-high heat until simmering. Gently mash the berries with a wooden spoon and let simmer until the berries have disintegrated into seeds. Remove from heat and strain out the seeds through a fine mesh sieve. Discard the seeds. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Caribbean Cruise

1 cup seedless watermelon chunks
1.5 oz Plantation 3-Star Rum
1 tbsp Peychaud’s Bitters
0.75 oz simple syrup
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
Garnish: watermelon wedge

Juice or pulverize in a blender 1 cup of seedless watermelon chunks. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly with 1 large ice cube or until the shaker is cold to the touch. Strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.

Winter Wonderland

3 oz Golden Wat Cognac
1 dash absinthe
1 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz club soda
Garnish: star anise pod, lemon whee

Add the ingredients (other than club soda) to a cocktail shaker with 2 large ice cubes. Shake thoroughly, for about 20 seconds or until the cocktail shaker feels cold to the touch. Strain the cocktail into a tumbler glass. Top with 1.5 oz club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel and star anise pod.

Fairytale Ending

2 oz Bimini Gin
0.25 oz John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
0.75 oz Liber & Co. Passionfruit Syrup
0.25 oz orgeat (almond syrup)
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
Garnish: lemon twist

Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with 2 large ice cubes. Shake thoroughly for about 20 seconds or until the cocktail shaker feels cold to the touch. Strain the cocktail into a coupe
glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Rosemary Romance

2 oz Redbreast Irish Whiskey
0.5 oz rosemary syrup (see recipe on p. 41)
4 thin lemon wheels
4 oz hot water
2 sprigs of rosemary
3 thin lemon slices

Add rosemary syrup and whiskey to a thick-walled glass. Add the sprigs of rosemary, and lemon slices. Add 4 oz of hot water.

The Blushing Bride

1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
0.75 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
4 oz blood orange juice (4-6 oranges)
1.5 oz fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
2 oz chilled prosecco
Garnish: blood orange wheel

Add the ingredients (except for the prosecco) to a cocktail shaker with 1 large cube of ice and shake thoroughly. Pour 2 oz of chilled prosecco into a tumbler glass, then strain the rest of the cocktail mix into the glass. Garnish with a blood orange wheel.

La Dolce Vita

2 oz High West Double Rye Whiskey
0.75 oz Campari
0.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Garnish: orange peel, maraschino cherry

Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with 1 large ice cube. Stir thoroughly, for about 20 seconds or until the mixing glass feels cold to the touch. Strain the cocktail into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with an orange peel and maraschino cherry.

Key Lime Pie to My Heart

2 oz whipped cream vodka
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 oz lime juice (about 1 lime)
0.75 oz heavy cream
1 dash vanilla extract
Garnish: crushed graham cracker rim

Juice the limes and set the used limes aside. Rim a martini glass with the juiced lime, then dip the martini glass into a plate with the crushed graham crackers to coat the rim of the glass. Add the rest of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake thoroughly. Strain the cocktail into the rimmed martini glass.

Mocha Cream

1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz Chocolate Cream Liqueur (NOT to be confused with creme de cacao)
0.75 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz heavy cream
Garnish: dark chocolate shavings

Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with 1 large ice cube. Shake thoroughly for 20 seconds, or until the cocktail shaker is cold to the touch. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with dark chocolate
shavings

Blackberry Daiquiri

0.25 oz Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
Garnish: 4 blackberries

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with 2 large ice cubes. Shake ingredients for around 20 seconds or until the shaker feels cold. Double strain the cocktail into a martini glass (use a wire mesh strainer in addition to the cocktail shaker’s built-in strainer), and garnish with blackberries on a cocktail skewer.

Spicy Margarita

1 oz Azteca Azul Silver Tequila
1 oz Ancho Reyes Verde 
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Agave Nectar
Garnish: 1 Slice Jalapeno, 1 Lime Wheel, Basil Leaf
Salt (for rim) 

Run a lime wedge around the edge of the glass and dip it into a plate of salt. Shake other ingredients over ice. Garnish with a jalapeno slice, basil leaf, and lime wheel.

Tickled Pink

1.5 oz Frankly Organic Vodka
0.5 oz Triple Sec
0.5 oz Pomegranate Juice
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish: Lemon, Edible Flowers


Shake ingredients over ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel and an edible flower.
Muddle cranberries and orange half-wheels with simple syrup.

Watermelon Smash

1.25 cups Bedlam Vodka
1.25 cups Watermelon Juice 
3 oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Simple Syrup
30 Mint Leaves
Garnish: Watermelon Triangles and Mint Leaves


Add all ingredients into a pitcher. Add ice and mix well. Pour into glasses and garnish with watermelon and mint leaves Serves 6-8.

Autumn Cooler

2 oz Hudson Rye
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Maple Syrup 
2 oz Apple Cider 
Garnish: Apple Slices


Shake lemon juice, maple syrup, and rye in a shaker with ice, and pour into a rocks glass. Top with apple cider and garnish with apple slices.

Apple of My Eye

1.5 oz Campari
1.5 oz Blood Orange Juice 
1.5 oz Hard Apple Cider 
Garnish: 1 Blood Orange Wedge


Shake the Campari and blood orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass and top with cider to taste.
Garnish with a blood orange slice.

Apple Cider Margarita

oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Gold Tequila
5 to 6 oz. of Sweet Apple Cider
Orange Segments and Apple Slices
Cinnamon, Cane Sugar, Course Sugar mixture for glass rimming
Cinnamon Sticks for garnish

Add a few spoonfuls of cane sugar, course sugar, and cinnamon to a plate. Run an orange segment round the edge of the glass, then press into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat the rim. Add a few orange slices in the bottom of the glass, fill with ice, then add the Grand Marnier, tequila and apple cider and stir to mix. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.

Amaretto Sour

1 1/2 oz. Disarronno
3/4 oz. Woodford Reserve
1 oz. fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Egg white, beaten
1 Lemon Peel (garnish)
2 Skewered Brandied Cherries (garnish)

Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) to combine. Add fresh ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled. Strain over fresh ice into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon peel and brandied cherries, if desired.

Amaretto Nightcap

3 oz Hot Coffee
1.5 oz Brandy
0.25 oz Amaretto
0.25 oz Simple Syrup

Add ingredients to a mug. Garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg

After Dark

1.5 oz Bourbon
0.5 oz Chocolate Liqueur
0.5 oz Blood Orange Juice

Shake over ice and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.

Lemon Tart Martini

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Limoncello
0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Lemon Juice

Directions: Shake ingredients over ice. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a lavender sprig.

The Honeymooner

1.5 oz White Rum
3 oz Vanilla Almond Milk
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
1 Dash Pumpkin Spice

Add all ingredients (except pumpkin spice) to a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a cocktail glass, and sprinkle pumpkin spice on top. Garnish with a flower sprig.

Coco Royale

1.5 oz Silver Tequila
1 oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
0.5 oz Lime Juice

Salt the rim of a rocks glass. Shake ingredients over ice, and open pour (do not strain) into glass. Garnish with an edible flower and a lime wedge.

Stone Cove Margarita

2.5 oz Jimador Silver Tequila
1/2 oz of Grand Mariner
3 slices of Lime
2 slices of Lemon
2 slices of Orange

Muddle fruit in a shaker with ice, a splash of sour mix, tequila, and Grand Mariner. Rim margarita glass with salt, strain over ice, garnish with a lime wedge.

Cranberry Crush

2 oz Gin
0.75 oz Sherry
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
10 Cranberries
1 Orange Slice
1 Lemon Slice

Muddle cranberries, orange, and lemon in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin, sherry, and simple syrup. Shake ingredients with ice, pour into a rocks glass with pebbled ice. Garnish with cranberries.

Citrus Ring

1.5 oz Gin
0.25 oz Velvet Falernum
0.25 oz Orgeat (Almond Syrup)
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Monin Mango Syrup

Shake ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Cold Weather 'Buch

1.5 oz Bourbon
0.5 oz Cynar
0.5 oz Cherry Heering
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
0.25 Lemon Juice
Kombucha
Cinnamon

Combine bourbon, Cynar, Cherry Heering, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker, and shake with ice. Double strain into a Collins glass, top with Kombucha. Grate cinnamon onto the top of the cocktail, and garnish with a cinnamon stick wrapped in an orange peel.

Golden Groom

1.5 oz Gold Rum
5 slices Pineapple
10 Mint Leaves
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Turbinado or Demerara Syrup (dark simple syrup)
0.5 oz Peach Liqueur


Muddle pineapple in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with crushed ice. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh mint.

Endless Love

1.5 oz Anejo Tequila

3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters


Stir ingredients with ice in a large mixing glass and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with skewered orange peel and maraschino cherries.

Bourbon Renewal

2 oz. Mossy Ledge Bourbon

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon or blackberries.

Love Punch

1 bottle Plantation 3 Star Rum 
25 oz Pomegranate Juice
8.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
8.5 oz Simple Syrup
4 oz Water
Garnish: Pomegranates, Lemon Wheels, Ice Blocks

Combine rum, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and water in a punch bowl. Stir in ice blocks and fruit garnish.

Love Potion

1.5 oz Código Reposado Tequila 
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz Blood Orange Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
2 dashes Orange Bitters
3 oz Sparkling Rosé
Garnish: Blood Orange Wheel

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine and orange wheel to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Top off with sparkling rosé. Garnish with the blood orange wheel.

Raspberry Cosmo

2 oz Vodka
1 oz Raspberry Syrup (see recipe below)
1 oz Cranberry Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice (about 1/2 lime)
Garnish: Sprig of Rosemary, Raspberries

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with two large ice cubes. Shake ingredients for around 20 seconds, or until the shaker feels cold. Double strain the cocktail into a martini glass (use a wire mesh strainer in addition to the cocktail shaker’s built-in strainer), and garnish with raspberries skewered on a sprig of rosemary.

0.5 oz Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur
0.5 oz Lemon Juice (about 1/2 lemon)

Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with 2 large ice cubes. Shake thoroughly for about 20 seconds or until the cocktail shaker feels cold to the touch. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.

1.5 oz Hardshore Gin
0.5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

1.5 oz Hardshore Gin
0.5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
0.5 oz Campari
0.5 oz Cointreau

Grapefruitini

2 oz Cold River Vodka
4 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice (about 1 large grapefruit)
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Prosecco
Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge

Add the ingredients (other than prosecco) to a cocktail shaker with 2 large ice cubes. Shake thoroughly for about 20 seconds or until the cocktail shaker feels cold to the touch. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass. Top with 1.5 oz prosecco. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Blueberry Gimlet

2 oz Empress Gin
1 oz Blueberry Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice (about 1 lime)
Garnish: 4-5 Blueberries

Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for approximately 20 seconds or until the shaker feels cold to the touch. Double strain the cocktail into a coupe glass (use a wire mesh strainer in addition to the cocktail shaker’s built-in strainer), and garnish with blueberries on a cocktail skewer.

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dried orange slice.

0.75 oz Aperol
0.5 oz Grand Marnier
0.25 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
1 oz Grapefruit Soda
Top with Prosecco
Grapefruit twist (garnish)

Build ingredients in a wine glass with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Wedding Bells Punch

1.5 cups Bimini Gin
1 cup Sparkling Wine
0.5 cup Cointreau
1 cup Club Soda
0.75 cup Lemon Juice
0.5 cup Simple Syrup
8 dashes of Old Fashioned Bitters 
Garnish: Pineapple slice, Star Anise Pods, Grated Nutmeg

Add 2 cups of ice cubes to a punch bowl. Add the gin, sparkling wine, Cointreau, club soda, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters into the bowl and stir ingredients to combine. Garnish with star anise, pineapple slices, and grated nutmeg.

Devotion Potion

1.5 oz Belvedere Vodka
3 oz Cranberry Juice
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
Garnish: Lime Wheel

Add ingredients to a collins glass filled with ice. Stir ingredients to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Will You Berry Me?

2 oz Cold River Vodka
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Orgeat Syrup
5 Blackberries
Garnish: Sprig of Rosemary, two more Blackberries

Shake vodka, lemon juice, lime juice, orgeat, and 5 blackberries in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top with club soda and garnish with blackberries and a sprig of rosemary.

I’m Nuts for You

1 oz Hennessy Brandy
1 oz Tempus Fugit Crème de Cacao Brown
1 oz Heavy Cream
Garnish: Nutmeg

Shake brandy, crème de cacao, and cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with grated nutmeg. Strain into the rimmed martini glass.

French Kiss

1.75 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
0.25 oz Dry Vermouth
0.25 oz Orange Juice
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish: Orange Twist

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Love and Chocolate

0.75 oz Baileys Irish Cream
0.75 oz Frangelico
0.75 oz Kahlúa
1 oz Heavy Cream
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
Garnish: Chocolate Syrup rim, Toblerone Chocolate, shaved

Add chocolate syrup to a shallow bowl or plate, then dip the rim of the coupe glass in the chocolate to coat the rim. Add Baileys, Kahlua, Frangelico, heavy cream, and honey syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into the rimmed coupe glass.

Eternally Grapefruit

2 oz Sipsmith London Dry Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Orgeat
1 dash Angostura Bitters 
Garnish: Grapefruit Twist

Add ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Lovely Bubbles

Three red ripe strawberries
0.75 oz lime juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
0.25 oz Combier Cassis Liqueur
1 oz Don Julio Silver Tequila
3 to 4 ounces of dry sparkling wine
Garnish: One strawberry

Muddle two strawberries in a cocktail shaker, leaving one for garnish. Add the lime, simple syrup, creme de cassis, and tequila, and shake with ice.

Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with the last strawberry.

Marry Me Margarita

1.5 oz DeLeon Reposado Tequila
2 oz apple cider
0.75 oz Cointreau
0.75 oz fresh lime juice

Garnish: cinnamon sugar rim, star anise, and cinnamon stick

Ever After

1.5 oz Disaronno amaretto
0.75 oz Elijah Craig bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp simple syrup
1 tbsp egg white
Garnish: lemon twist

Combine the amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.

Add ice and shake again.

Strain into a rocks glass with ice, and garnish with a lemon peel.

Will You Martini Me?

2 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
1 oz vanilla vodka
2.5 oz apple cider
1 tsp lemon juice
Garnish: honey and crumbled gingersnap cookie rim

Add honey to a plate and dip the rim of the martini glass into it to coat the edges of the glass.

Add crumbled gingersnap cookies to another plate and dip the rim of the glass into the crumbles until they stick to the honey rim.

Add the ginger liqueur, vodka, apple cider, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.

Strain into the rimmed martini glass.
