☐ 1 lemon
☐ 1.5 oz. Hendrick’s gin
☐ .75 oz. fresh lemon juice
☐ .5 oz. simple syrup
☐ 1 cup ice cubes
☐ 2 oz. dry sparkling wine, such as brut Champagne, chilled
Using zester or paring knife, slice peel from lemon to create a curl. Reserve lemon for another use and set peel aside. In cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into chilled Champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish drink with lemon curl and serve immediately.
☐ 1.5 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
☐ 1/3 cup milk
☐ 3/4 oz. Frangelico
☐ 1/2 oz. raspberry purèe
☐ 1 egg white
☐ 3 raspberries (garnish)
Place ingredients in a shaker. Shake to combine all ingredients. Add ice to shaker and shake again. Strain into a glass. Place 3 raspberries to garnish.
☐ 1 oz. Grand Marnier
☐ 1 oz. gold tequila
☐ 5 to 6 oz oz. of sweet apple cider
☐ Orange segments, and apple slices
☐ Cinnamon, cane sugar, course sugar mixture for glass rimming
☐ Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Add a few spoonfuls of cane sugar, course sugar, and cinnamon to a plate. Run an orange segment round the edge of the glass, then press into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat the rim. Add a few orange slices in the bottom of the glass, fill with ice, then add the Grand Marnier, tequila and apple cider and stir to mix. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
☐ 1/2 tsp. cinnamon for rimming glasses
☐ 2 tsp. sugar for rimming glasses
☐ 4 oz. eggnog
☐ 4 oz. Absolute vodka
☐ 4 oz. Kahlúa
☐ 3 tsp molasses
☐ 1/8 tsp ginger
☐ Whipped cream for topping
☐ Molasses drizzle for topping
Mix cinnamon and sugar, then pour onto a plate. Wet rims of each glass and dip them into the cinnamon sugar mixture. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine eggnog, vodka, Kahlua, molasses, and ginger. Shake to combine. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream, then add a light drizzle of molasses.
☐ 1 oz. Beefeater Gin
☐ 1 oz. Campari liqueur
☐ 1 oz. sweet vermouth
☐ Orange Peel (garnish)
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel.

☐ 2 oz. Smirnoff vodka
☐ 4 oz. hot chocolate
☐ 1/2 oz. espresso
☐ 1/4 oz. agave syrup
☐ 1 sage leaf
☐ 1 red jalapeño
☐ 1 green jalapeño
Score the red and green jalapeños. Muddle all ingredients together in a shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a white chocolate rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with red and green chilies or other garnishes as desired.

☐ 1/2 oz. simple syrup
☐ 1 lime wheel (garnish)
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a a lime wheel. (You can substitute 1 oz. lime cordial, such as Rose’s Lime Juice, for both the lime juice and simple syrup.)
☐ 2 oz. tomato juice
☐ 1.5 oz. vodka
☐ 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
☐ 3/4 tsp freshly grated horseradish
☐ 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
☐ 1 pinch salt
☐ 1 dash freshly ground black pepper
☐ 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
☐ 1 stalk celery
☐ Optional garnishes: lemon/lime wedges, olives, crispy bacon strips, rosemary
In an 11 oz. highball glass, stir tighter tomato juice vodka, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper. Fill glass with ice, them pour mixture into second glass. Pour back and forth 3 or 4 times to mix well, then sprinkle lemon juice over. Garnish with celery stalk and other garnishes as desired and serve.
1 1/2 oz. Disarronno
3/4 oz. Woodford Reserve
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp simple syrup
1/2 oz. Egg white, beaten
1 lemon peel (garnish)
2 skewered brandied cherries (garnish)
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) to combine. Add fresh ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled. Strain over fresh ice into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon peel and brandied cherries, if desired.
☐ 2 oz. Absolute vodka
☐ 1 oz. pomegranate juice
☐ 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
☐ 1 tbsp lime juice
☐ 1 tsp honey
☐ 1/2 cup ice
☐ Ginger beer
☐ Sprig of rosemary
In a cocktail glass, stir together vodka, pomegranate juice, pomegranate seeds, lime juice, honey, and ice. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.

2.5 oz Cold River Blueberry Vodka
1 oz Blueberry Simple Syrup
3 Lemon Wedges
Maine Root Ginger Brew Ginger Beer
Muddle lemon, vodka, and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a Moscow Mule cup and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a skewer of blueberries.

1.5 oz Bourbon
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Orange Curacao
Thinly Slice fig, leaving a small piece for garnish. Muddle fig with the citrus juice and siple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the spirits and shake over ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the remaining slice of fig.
