Love Potion

1.5 oz Código Reposado Tequila 
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz Blood Orange Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
2 dashes orange bitters
3 oz Sparkling Rosé
Garnish: blood orange wheel
Add all ingredients except sparkling wine and orange wheel to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
Strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
Top off with sparkling rosé.
Garnish with the blood orange wheel.
