• Ginger Buck

    2 oz Calumet Farm 8-Year Bourbon
    1 oz Lime Juice
    1/2” Piece Fresh Ginger
    0.5 oz Simple Syrup 
    Sprig of Rosemary,
    Candied Ginger (Garnish) 
    In a cocktail shaker, muddle ginger and lime juice until fine.
    Add ice and the rest of the ingredients and shake until chilled.
    Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with rosemary
    and candied ginger.
